How to get rid of fear of swallowing pills?

I used to be fine with it but 2 years ago I tried killing myself by swallowing a bottle full of pain killers and since then I havent swallowed a pill mainly because I'm a little scared. Im not sure why. I tell myself im ready but when it comes to swallowing it, I cant

I know how you feel because I did the same thing. I can't give you any helpful advice though. The only way I got over my fear was forcing myself to swallow the tablets I take now because I need them for my health. I eventually got used to it and don't think about the time I swallowed all those pills anymore. Don't rush yourself, give yourself time, and the bad feeling will eventually go away :)
