How do you beat the crushing depression of being alone all the time...because christmas break is making me cry because I have nothing to do and I'm all alone

Not exactly an introvert, but stuck inside all the time due to illness, the best things to do is read, go online chats, or television or movies. I have a Roku to help me with the last one.

@NativeOregonian sometimes the churches would bring shut ins dinner and sing two christmas carols for them.i used to cook
