I guess you will eventually get your self esteem up and try to bypass that stage may take a while but it will work
#lifegoals
Here is how...
#1 Decide the thing you want to change.
#2 State WHY it is important to change this part of your life or about yourself.
#3 Take Action - Massive Action
#4 Reframe the problem - probably you are seeing the problem not as it really is - but really worse than it really is - reframe it
#5 Tell the story that expand the reality/posibilities
#6 Allow Fear to become an ally (remember - the warrior dies only once, but a coward a thousand deaths)
#7 Make Adjustments
#8 Create daily rituals/routines to put yourself in a peak state (AM/PM routines)
#9 Allow there to be uncertainty
#10 Schedule your priorities (remember first things first)
#11 Surround yourself with your team - really decide who is going to help you .
#12 Be grateful daily ( one complex, two simple things)....but also be grateful for even the shi**y stuff

Build yourself back up with what you have accomplished.
you might need to journal it by making an inventory with dates.
I think a lot of it happens when we get tired and so reviewing the list later is easy. 😊

I'm quite hard on myself, especially when I have hurt someone. At times stress about it and berate myself. Eventually I forgive myself and try to let it go.
Spumoni · 46-50, M
I let it get to me, then dwell on it.
LilPuckBunny · F
@Spumoni Relatable!
LilPuckBunny · F
Sulk and think about the reason and other preferable outcomes that are too late.
JustLikeGreta · F
Beat yourself up for a day or two, then simply move on. I do not mean literally. 🙂
ExtremeNext · 36-40
Hasent happened yet
LilPuckBunny · F
@ExtremeNext You need to challenge yourself more! 😉
Carver · 31-35, F

A solid month or so of self loathing...self destructive behaviors...alienating myself from friends and family. I just roll with it until rock bottom and then I decide it's time to pull my shit together and I go on an apology tour.
Bushmanoz · 61-69, M
@SW-User hey this sounds familiar
Bushmanoz · 61-69, M
Usually harder on myself than if I was disappointed in someone else..replay decisions in my head, curse my stupidity etc
LilPuckBunny · F
@Bushmanoz I'm the same. Very tough on myself.
Bushmanoz · 61-69, M
@LilPuckBunny It's tough and ridiculous sometimes, but I don't know if I could change it even if I tried. Letting people down is the worst
LilPuckBunny · F
@Bushmanoz I hate the feeling of disappointing others.
