Here is how...
#1 Decide the thing you want to change.
#2 State WHY it is important to change this part of your life or about yourself.
#3 Take Action - Massive Action
#4 Reframe the problem - probably you are seeing the problem not as it really is - but really worse than it really is - reframe it
#5 Tell the story that expand the reality/posibilities
#6 Allow Fear to become an ally (remember - the warrior dies only once, but a coward a thousand deaths)
#7 Make Adjustments
#8 Create daily rituals/routines to put yourself in a peak state (AM/PM routines)
#9 Allow there to be uncertainty
#10 Schedule your priorities (remember first things first)
#11 Surround yourself with your team - really decide who is going to help you .
#12 Be grateful daily ( one complex, two simple things)....but also be grateful for even the shi**y stuff
