You're lucky, tattoos speak volumes about the personality of those who have them. After all, having something permanently inked on the skin, it has to mean a lot to the person... So if you find it silly/ugly, well it's like you're looking into this person's soul... It's like a warning sing... Like one day I saw a guy with a tattoo of a pizza on his arm... It tells you a lot about the person's priorities, passions, intellectual and cultural depth, etc.
