No, I do that too. It is normal. Many people have these "taboo thoughts" that just randomly enter their brain.
They are called intrusive thoughts and as long as they don't interfere with your daily life, example: You don't leave your house because you fear that you will actually punch someone, then it is fine.
It doesn't qualify as obsessive compulsive disorder unless it disrupts your life and as I said, many people have them.
