Which is worse? Hiv or Cancer?

Oh that's a tough one more stigma with HIV, but they have made huge gains in managing it. There are some cancers they haven't been able to treat effectively at all so I am going with cancer.

@DonotInboxMe I have a friend that has been HIV positive for 20 years. He has undetectable levels now of HIV. They have come leaps and bounds with this. Still he tells very few as most people are terrified of it
