I am scared! What I can do to release this fear?

My sister who is younger than me and moving out and I will be living alone. I know this sounds pathetic because I am already old enough but but before she lived with me I was really depressed and so different and I now I have change for the positive but now I am thinking of the way I use to be. Im scared to go back down hill
