Who threw paper wads on the ceiling in the womens restroom at target?

That’s what the boys in junior high school would do, throw paper wads and spit wads on the glass windows that divided classrooms and on the ceiling to see if they would stick...if the teacher was out of the classroom for any length of time we’d watch the next classroom do it.

That is so gross. 😷
