Actors, singers, etc.. yes, because their private lives and the jobs they do do only impact our lives if we allow them to. Politicians... absolutely not. They represent us and we need to know who they are in order to decide whether or not they are the best person to do that.

Most of them, yes. They decide what party to subscribe to, what policies to push for or fight against, etc, based on their own beliefs. Their behavior in their personal lives, along with their political track record, tells us everything we really need to know about who they are and what kind of job they are apt to do.
