No I only use it when passing, and I hate when people just "cruise" there. Technically it is actually illegal to just drive in that lane...but so many people are ignorant of that fact and/or just defy that law that they don't enforce it (but in reality you COULD get a citation for it).

No, i always get over... slow drivers in the passing lane is a pet peeve of mine... 😒
