What is your best childhood memory?

A friends family took me on a camping trip to a lake when I was about 15. Got to go on a boat with an inner tube for two, rode with their oldest child, in his 30s I believe. I pushed him off and landed in his seat when we hit a good bump. Great memory, lots of laughs. He passed away though, cancer. It was sad to hear but I was never friends with him really. I'd still consider it a childhood memory since I still acted like a petulant child 9 times out of 10. :P

There are so many. Probably that one Christmas we went camping for. It was almost Lampooonian in it's absurdity but a great time.

Too many to mention but 1960s suburbia...eating dinner w/the family at an actual kitchen table (not an island), unexpected company, going out at sun up and staying out until dusk, drinking water from a hose, penny candy, band-aids on your knee from where you fell....no phones, no internet, barley any tv...a kid was just that, a kid!

When my Dad showed up at our apartment in iowa on xmas eve 1980, after driving roughly 1,800 miles from Oregon, and not seeing him for almost 5.5 months. I was 10 at the time.

I remember just the energy around the house during Christmas. It's still good today but as a kid it had an almost magical quality to it.

I remember one Christmas my sis and two brothers hanging out on the road for Christmas while my mom try her best to prepare a meal.. We made a joke that day and laughed... Since then it was my goal to get a few close friends I can laugh like that w... Still working on it.

Another memory was my mom and I walking to the shop to get supplies.

Asking my mom what she was eating... In a frightened voice she replied. I didn't.mean to.bully her I just asked her what she was having... She didn't eat many times so we could have.

I met a girl camping.Those two weeks flew by.

Family get togethers.

Starting kindergarten (I am the second of four children and my brother was too young to play with) and my stepsister was seven years my senior and in school all day long. I needed KIDS to PLAY with!

Smoking with my dawg's in some scary ass swamp place at 2am.................. Then mom called the cops and we were brought home by said cops... Good times.. ʕ ᵔᴥᵔʔ

Picking up nails and odd sharp rusted metals at my grandma's with my cousins. Lol

I have a number. I had a happy childhood. But one of my favorites is when my sister and her best friend showed my best friend and me their pu**ies.
