I think it's a shame that certain people who are extremely overweight do nothing about it...
Get housing benefits..
Get money from the government for doing nothing.
Have a medical card..
Receive a weekly care assistant...
And the list goes on.
I think that's a shame and it goes for anyone who sits on their ass all day thin, tall or short and receive all the lovely benefits Ireland dishes out.
However a girl at my work, chose not to be one of them worked 140 pounds overweight.. did a damn good job...
And also did something about it and changed her lifestyle and lost the 140 pounds in 3 years..
It can be done!
However I don't go around fat shaming as I don't know everyone's story and it's just rude!
But I'm ashamed to know people who abuse the system for benefits as I've written above.

@Dusty101 I wish my Dr would clear me to work but unfortunately that might never happen. Oh well.

When she was over weight she hurt her back....the ambulance men had to lift her out of her house. She was more concerned about them having to lift her and about their backs. That's when she made the health change. My love for her as a human has not changed but WoW she is an inspiration to many.
Also she could have quit her job and existed on benefits but she didn't as she has an amazing work ethic.
