Just a picture of the over all area. The actual place doesn't exits anymore. :(
It's all three story apartments now.

@DeWayfarer Gosh what year is that??
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@SW-User 1968 I think. I remember those orange trees behind where I lived, hopping the fence and hiding in them.
Shortly afterwards they were removed and a Volvo dealership took that orange groves place. That happened in 1970 I believe. Mom bought her Volvo there in 74.

@SW-User I couldn't agree more. I don't believe there is a single orange grove in all of Orange county anymore. :(

SW-User
@DeWayfarer truly awful 😞

@SW-User Are you familiar with the area? 🤔

SW-User
@DeWayfarer No I'm in Australia and have yet to visit there...it is a common scenario though and I can certainly empathise

@SW-User Ok, so you know of something else familiar, the big trees surrounding the groves always were eucalyptus trees. Those are gone as well. They used them as wind breakers to protect the groves from freezing, in addition to snudge pots.

SW-User
@DeWayfarer that would have been a glorious sight for an Aussie 🙂✨

@SW-User I thought so. Had an internet acquaintance from Australia of so long ago.

SW-User
