I would always go with eating. I can't stay in bed when hungry or else I feel drained and depleted and it becomes very difficult to drag myself out of bed to eat, but if I don't, I'll feel very sick.

Low blood sugar issues? @BlueMetalChick

@LadyMay Yeah, childhood starvation means I now have an abnormally fast metabolic rate. Not eating for too long means I get dizzy, lightheaded, and nauseated, and sometimes I even get nosebleeds or pass out. Which is why I always carry figs or pretzels or something on me just in case.
