You don't really need to go low-carb so much as avoid added sugars. Carbs serve a legitimate purpose in your body, and they're metabolized slowly when they're with regular nutrients like fiber 'n' shit. Just take a look at that label, go straight to the "added sugars" line, and if the number isn't 0, don't eat it.
