Just leave out the starchy part of the meal. Keep the meat and salad and axe the potatoes, rice and pasta. And no sugary drinks including juice.

You don't really need to go low-carb so much as avoid added sugars. Carbs serve a legitimate purpose in your body, and they're metabolized slowly when they're with regular nutrients like fiber 'n' shit. Just take a look at that label, go straight to the "added sugars" line, and if the number isn't 0, don't eat it.
