Sit down and figure out my priorities and then get some financial counseling. I’d like to buy some rural land near a creek and build a home & a treehouse, a greenhouse and some other things.

@akindheart I’d love to have an off-grid home. Have seen home with rocket stove heaters, they use about 1/3 of the firewood that a regular wood-burning stove uses, you can make benches with air ducts under them to heat them and have radiant heat too. A greenhouse can also be equipped with a rocket stove and heat ducts to keep it warm in the winter for year-round growing.
