almost burnt a roast yesterday fell asleep for a few hours , place was a tad smokey , i opened my balcony doors and put exhaust fans on the stove hood

and the washroom output fan , the water was gone from inside the roasting pan but the roast was salvageable the veggies were in a separate cooker and they were ok , whew !
