I've lived with constant pain for the last 14 years, some days worse than others.... but I can't imagine giving up.
I've been in constant pain since 1993. No amount of pain is worth leaving your loved ones imho.

Id go the route of finding ways to manage pain first.. as in meditation and some of the more peripheral therapies .. there are pain management clinics and training you can have here.. so I'd try that first..

Depends. Have I tried medication or alternative therapy? Am I at my absolute limits? Where does this pain stem from? It would take a lot to get me there. So probably not.

If it was constant pain and it wasn't going to get better yes I may consider it.

Depends on how bad the pain is and what I have to live for
