Sciatica ruins my life
Its pinched somewhere and it's making my left buttcheek hurt when I walk too much. Limping around sucks

I've had that before. Yes, there's impingement somewhere. Much of the time, the nerve is pinched where it comes out of the spine, but sometimes, it's the result of a spasming piriformis muscle through which the sciatic nerve runs. Massage could help. Also, Ibuprofen (800MG is a standard dose) or just aspirin can work wonders.
