Anybody familiar with the state of Indiana?

@SW-User last time I took 80/90 through Indiana, it was also the worst maintained stretch of that interstate I had been on before.

@XenonRush I grew up in northwest Ohio, but currently live in Florida. So those two.

Are you familiar with Toledo? Is it a nice city? What is the nicest small town to live in NW Ohio? Is Toledo nice? @ViciDraco

@XenonRush The small towns around Toledo are pretty nice. I would not want to live in Toledo itself. Plenty of high crime areas and the economic prospects are not what I'd consider that great.

So you know a lot about Toledo? What is one of the small suburbs around it that are nice?


ALSO: What NFL team is most popular in Toledo and which NFL team do the majority of people root for in TOLEDO?

@XenonRush I wouldn't say I know a lot. And my knowledge is about a dozen years old, but Sylvania was pretty nice. Perrysburg had a mix of low income trailer parks and wealthy folks, so it was an odd place. Rossford was kind of nice once upon a time. I heard it has sort of been ruined by a new casino.

I didn't really follow the NFL to know which team was popular there. The college scene has the rockets, but the big college focus is the Buckeye and Wolverine rivalry. Saw a lot more of those than specific NFL teams.

Are there more buckeye or wolverine fans in Toledo? I know Toledo is basically on the border of Michigan right? Is there a lot of German or polish heritage and restaurants in Toledo? What is the main ethnic heritage that had a long history there?

@XenonRush About equal, I think. It is, near both Michigan and Indiana. Bit closer to Michigan. I know there is some polish heritage events that occur... potzke day or however it is spelled is a pretty big deal. Otherwise, I never paid much attention to ethnic heritage. Don't really care about ethnic distinctions.

@ViciDraco any good Italian restaurants there?
