Does it bother you when ppl talk badly about you?

I think ppl at my work sometimes speak badly about me at work even if I am nice. I am big on character but this has been bothering me. Like I am nice and polite and dont gossip so what else can I do?

It used to. Until I got older and learned to not care what other people think of me. If someone doesn't like me, fuck off. Ya know? I know that someone who I literally met only once and hung out with once absolutely despised me for pretty much no reason except for how I look. She said to everyone else that "I look rapey." and that she hates me.
