I'm reflecting on the people in my life who I've had to let go of.

For many and varied reasons but primarily because they were toxic and slowly poisoning me.
There was one friend in particular and I still think of her even when I don't want to.
She stole meds, jewelry and money from me and to top it off left a syringe in my parent's bathroom when we were both staying there. Luckily I found it first.
I wrote her a lengthy letter explaining why we could no longer be friends and she accused me of ruining her life.
Have you had to eject someone or some people from your life for your own wellbeing?

I'm sure most people have had to cleanse at one time or another in their life. It's hard at first, but eventually, I think you are that it was the right thing to do, and you at least you can take solace in that.

@SW-User Agreed. I guess it's a hazard with human interaction. The bad comes with the good.
