What lead you go loose your faith .

For those who have lost their faith . I imagine it was a slow process , but what what was the finale straw ?

I became an atheist probably at 17 years old, but started losing faith around 12. The older I got and the more I observed and learned about the world, the more the idea of God seemed silly. Prayers went unanswered, bad things kept happening, and so many things the bible portrayed as absolute truth were objectively disproven by science. It seemed silly to me that someone could laugh at people believing in the Zeus while they go to church every Sunday. Then there was the whole pedophilia thing going on in the Catholic church. It really set in that religion was created by and continues to be run by mortal men. Mortal men lie, especially if they have something to gain and there is no denying that the churches are doing well. They have money, they have children to rape, they have the respect and admiration of more than half the world, and they have immunity from the law. There has never been any evidence to support the existence of God, but there are mountains of evidence against it. So I do not believe in God. Just doesn't make sense to me.

Didn't lose it. I challenged it and made it stronger. I just had to cut off the bullshit.

I too have a problem with bullshit along with nonsense 😂

What is the bullshit and nonsense in your opinion?
