What other ways, besides amending gun laws, could we stop or lessen gun violence?

Better mental healthcare, follow-ups, documentation. Something short of an ID bracelet that says mental health issues...idk. something, anything is got to make a difference in this American epidemic.

@Montanaman There is still so much of a social stigma around mental illness. If somehow that could be lessened, people would seek help, and not try to hide it.
