However at the same times art can be a projection of things that only exist in the imagination rather than in the real world . This then inspires people Into bringing the dream into reality .

It's both ways. We create art based on what we experience and how we wish the world would or might be. We then experience art and lead or lives influenced by it.

So, basically, we are influenced by people's opinions and wishes about their experiences. And many people take those opinions as truth or wisdom. Sometimes its good for people to do this; other times it's very bad.
