I put a response before but wanted to also add that consensual sex is legal but all of a sudden you put cash to it and now it's illegal. When put that way, the way we view sex work is sort of odd.

@SatanBurger Dunno if you've seen it, but this is probably the best piece I've seen online about sex work. It's a long video but it's so good.

@CountScrofula I love watching longer videos, I'll have to give it a watch. I know that channel but didn't see this video, I'd probably love it. Thanks! I'll let you know what I think about it later.

@SatanBurger Hurray! Promise its worth every second.
@SatanBurger

Yeah good point. That is a bit weird.

@CountScrofula I watched it, it really was great but a bit upsetting. Summary offenses? So you don't have to prove it in court, you can just take them to jail? And also evicting sex workers from their homes and not just sex workers also, just people merely suspected.

Wtf. Talk about bullying and harassment, I wonder how the people who kick sex workers out of their home or even just suspected ones can even sleep at night knowing they made someone homeless. I do hope what goes around, comes around sometime for these people. Maybe they will be homeless one day themselves, karma.

I liked the part about New Zealand and that sex workers can take clients to court for violating their terms and service. This to me makes more sense 👍
