Warning TMI
So I just made my first appointment for the doctor in years and the lady asked if I wanted a wellness check AND a pap smear. I am not ready for that pap smear, I told her to hold off on that. I heard it hurt like hell.😭

They can hurt but as someone who knows a woman that those sort of checks helped find cervical cancer in. I have to encourage you to choose the discomfort over the risk. It is over quickly & it doesn’t have to be done frequently. Keep yourself healthy, be smart & preventative, don’t allow something as awful as cancer slip by unnoticed because of a worry of momentary pain. ❤️
