Do you watch the news everyday?

I don't and I cant. Especially in the morning. I hadn't watched it in about a week. I watched it for the first time as soon as i got up and i heard about the walmart shootings and started crying.
I hate this world

I gave up TV years ago. I read the news and I therefore can choose what to read. I understand getting upset about the condition of the world. I am working hard on changing myself so that I can make a difference in the world. It's all we can do.
