Do you watch the news everyday?

i stopped watching after the 2017 vegas shooting. i'm still online enough that i hear about important events. i'll read up on things i wanna know more about but i don't ever just scan headlines anymore.

I gave up TV years ago. I read the news and I therefore can choose what to read. I understand getting upset about the condition of the world. I am working hard on changing myself so that I can make a difference in the world. It's all we can do.

I was never into watching them,if somethings important enough I end up finding out because it's everywhere or some one tells me about it,the only thing I would watch was the Colbert report cause I found it funny not stressful.

Someone on here earlier suggested that if shootings weren't reported there would be no more shootings ...

The problem with the news is this: THEY MUST SELL AIRTIME. Tons of good news, which draws no audience, goes unreported. There's tons more good in this world. The finest people I know have no publicists.

I'm content with my weather radio and police scanner.
