My brother hated me when I was born. Is that normal?

My dad flat out told me when my younger older brother saw me for the first time, he HATED me. He didn't liked me and yelled saying he wanted a younger brother not a sister. And ran out the door. It took him a LONG time to warm up to me. My oldest brother never said that to me. That really hurt me when dad told me. I guess I could understand. Most brothers want brothers.

I mean my dad told me i was gonna become a failure and it would be better to everyone if I just died and i could never be his son... I was 16 then 😂

@kahne2013 yep, my older sister would always say the family was so much better before I arrived and it would be better if i had never existed. i still don't speak to her.

Well it started when my dad left when i was born but because he never signed off rights when I turned 16 and started looking at colleges I couldn’t get help because “technically” he was still my dad and he still was my dad with an income @BoobooSnafu
