Why dont people trust people that are TOO nice?

I'm a very very nice person but for some people, some people are creeped out by me. My friends said I'm too nice and I need to stop and be more assertive and fiesty is more fun. I tried to be nice and when people don't give in, I get angry. Is that why I don't have a lot of friends? Be honest

I have this same problem. Then i go quiet, especially at work people use it as an excuse to exclude me. I have tried to just be apart of conversations express myself but im often cut into which means i have to restart my sentences. I have been late to work a lot recently by no fault of my own.
But i collect evidence should they ever qiestion my reasoning. But ill be doing my work in the clinic and they'll walk past to check that i am working.
They're suspicious of me for no reason.
