Why do people block without giving any reasons?

Sometimes I just can't figure it out. Yes I know people have some weird sensibilities like being to old or being disagreeable.

Yet there are times I am being nice and just answering a simple question to someone close to my own age. Then no reply just get blocked.

I just have a hard time understanding it. 🤷‍♂️

One of the reasons, which will be unknown to many who endure this cretinous act, is that they suddenly discover that a friend that they have made may not approve of you. In accordance with their abysmal intergity and their transparent toadying to their miniscule-minded and socially-crippled clique, you may be blocked.
