How do you manage to stay in such good shape?

I run 3 miles a day. Do 30 minutes of weights. Cycle for 30ish minutes. And play volleyball for 1-2 hours

@kyky16 I know that's not going to be easy. But if you don't do it it will bother you I guess.

It’s not that it would bother me if I took a day or two off. It would bother my mom. I used to be an overweight child but was always in sports. And the my mom made me start doing all the extra workouts to lose weight and i can’t have a day off even though I’m in shape and healthy. I makes her mad when I don’t want to@infiniterealism

@kyky16 OMG in a way it's sad but I also understand how your mom might feel. What you could do is to focus more on dieting. In that way you can skip one ot two days.

I’m already on a strict diet. I’m 5’3 and weight 130 I’m at a healthy weight @infiniterealism

@kyky16 that height and weight seems very healthy. There's no escaping discipline in life. I try to exercise too...even though I do 12 hours night shift work.
