Why do adults and teens ignore crying children?

They get told to get over it and give it them hard. I work at a preschool and the teachers ignore crying children. I would give in but they get upset because the kids are manipulating me and I can't even see it. When a child is crying I can't help feel bad, even when they deserve the punishment. I think teachers are becoming meaner and meaner. I got told I'm too nice and I need to give them tough love.

because little children need to learn that the world is not sparkles and unicorns, if you raise a cat indoors and then put it in the backyard itll never know what to do when confronted with the dog next door

@LaurieKitKat94 good luck getting more strict when they are older instead of becoming strict when they are young so they know proper manners

@nekomancerSenpai Let the preschool kids think it's rainbows but people want them to grow up so fast and hurt then with brutal truths.

@LaurieKitKat94 personally im glad my parents didn't do such a thing, living thinking that the world is rainbows is the prison of nievity that will keep them from reality
