Been 15 years or so but I used to take my boys and a couple of their friends every summer to a place in the pine barrens. Nice lake with a guarded swimming area and canoe rentals. Tent sites with nearby restrooms and showers. Very reasonable and fun!

@Stereoguy The wife and I are currently looking at RV's. She's allergic to tent sites!!

@Stereoguy Looking at 5th wheels, lots of room and might end up being more than just occasional use camping. I'm getting close to retiring.
