If you were fired before the work was done , no . The employer owes you the hours you actually worked before being fired and not for the time you left early . Any disputes can be resolved through your state’s employment commission .

If you were fired and you left without clocking off they will know what time you left ... hopefully you have sick pay, holiday pay up your sleeve...

@Firestarter If you were fired, you were not even authorized to be on the property, let alone working. But they might not remember when you were fired and the payroll person may just tally up your hours and pay you. So you might get lucky.
