@Gangstress there are people who do care. i have been engaged three times, there are two women who would marry me today if i asked. but i can not give them true love. i feel if i let them in i would be just be using them and they are to nice to treat like that.

@hardcor364 bless your heart. It's ok to grieve. She was a very lucky woman then. But she'd want you to be happy. You know. Dont deny yourself either you deserve to be happy

Do either of the two current women know about your original sweetheart? I think the key here may be to do with if they did know would they demand you shut your old love down or let you treasure it and start a brand new to go alongside it. To go "alongside it" mind... not to "replace it. @hardcor364

In that case you may want to make a few adjustments here and there. The human psych isn't usually at it's best trying to go through life without close companionship. @hardcor364
