when I look at a woman i look at their personality what about you guys or women?

Everybody notices a person's physical appearance whether they want to admit it or not, unless you are blind there is no way you couldn't. However it is the level of importance to you as to what you really focus on that helps with your choosing to be friends, lovers or whatever with them. I have seen/known beautiful women whose personality and attitudes make them very unappealing and unattractive, and I have seen/known less attractive and even physically "ugly" women whose personality and attitudes made them absolutely beautiful. I get what you are saying.
