If you discovered that you could see into your neighbors window to watch them shower would you tell anyone or keep it to yourself?

What a terrible thought. My neighbor is this little old Vietnamese guy who is always hacking away at his bamboo. I think he's making a cage encase any Americans show up in his backyard.
