My parents have been fighting a lot lately?

My parents argued before but I have been hearing then fight and I can hear them. They yell and scream. I'm sick of it. I mean they fight and call each other horrible names. My parents won't talk to each other. Then they act all lovey dovey. Parents are so confusing. They fight and can't stand each other and they act all loving. They fight in front of me. My mom said she is glad I saw that because one day this will happen to me and this is real life. They always expose me with this kind of stuff.

Do this. Find a healthy, loving relationship one day. Aim to not be like her.

Sit them down, with tears in your eyes, and tell them what their fighting does to you, how it makes you feel. Y boys did that years ago when things were rough, and we put a stop to it, then and there.😔🤗🤗

@Montanaman They'd probably kill me for cursing. My mom and dad just fight fight fight! Why don't they just divorce if they're going to keep fighting?! I'm tired of it.

@PoppyLoveLala yes, understand. Do ask them, why don't you two just get a divorce?
Or if not enough courage to ask face to face, write a note, telling them how you feel, and leave it where one of them will find it.

Their issues should not make the house full of tension. I’m a firm believer in that. They need to do it elsewhere and control themselves but that being said, marriage is VERY hard and we all fail at handling situations when we are angry. I think you’re mom was wrong for saying that to you also. How you and your spouse handle arguments could be very different. My experience is very different than what I lived.
