Why do kids and teens roast each other? Don't they ever care about each other's feelings?

Older people are generally kinder. Maybe it has something to do with maturity

It's a kid thing. No matter what you teach or preach to your kids or teens, there is going to be at least one or two who tease you about your name (I was called "Gooseyburger" in grammar school and "Hamster" in high school) or your clothes (I wore hand-me-downs from my sister, which were seven years out of style).

Also sadly we have read to many times how that can get out of hand, kids commting suicide over it ,or being bullied to death . 😕 good post cheers for sharing. 🙃😎

It common, I think especially among girls.

I don't want to depress you but within certain groups of people, they will still do it even in their fifties...

Because for some reason insulting other people has become the new cool thing to do. No matter the consequences. If it hurts someones feelings...then they are just weak minded. It is a way of creating superiority over others. A very narcissistic behavior.

It is not only a girl problem or a young people problem it is a problem across the board.

roast... aren't roasts when you just joke around with insults and arent meant to be offended?
