Are charcoal masks any good?

I bought one and I want to see if it helps any.

Charcoal is good for drawing. That's why the Amish use it as a drawing salve to draw out toxins. If you use it on your face, there is a chance that you will get some acne like lesions as it has drawn out toxins to the surface.
