Why after a few days of hot and humid temperatures does it inevitable mean a thunderstorm?

@XenonRush you need two main ingredients for a thunderstorm to form... moisture and a slight breeze to get hot air to start rising... as hot very humid air rises it cools ... colder air can’t hold the moisture and it forms into clouds and the more humid the air... and the hotter... it’s starts rising faster and with more moisture it just becomes a monster storm making environment

@XenonRush the other factor is usually after a few days... a cold front moves in... and storms form easily in front of an approaching cold front
