Do you think it's best to have kids when younger or older?

Let's say 'younger' is under 21 and 'older' is over 35.

I see cons and pros to both

Started at 27 and thought that was a good age.

@Pfuzylogic yes, I think it is. Especially if you've really lived life. Meanwhile, at 27, I feel 15 as far as life experiences go.
Most likely if I have kids, I'll be old by then
