Imagine paying $500 just to facetime a youtuber every 3 months. Some of these youtube patreons are crazy.

I guess its just for the hardcore fans.

Yeah.
You gotta think that at some point the person doing that Patreon has to ask themselves, "Is this okay?"

I know there have been people on twitch who have given away too much of their money to streamers...
