Being able to delete comments that the asker doesn't agree with. VIP's able to see who viewed their profile.
If comments are deleted it is one sided and you don't get a real conversation. Many will block you for viewing their profile even once. No way to be able to find interesting stories if you have to spend your whole time on the main question board.

@Carla I don't either, I have attempted to click on a question from the feed on the bottom right and accidentally clicked on a profile. It's gotten me blocked.

@Carla Exactly...that's what the profile is for. I have never blocked anyone for just looking at mine (and I am VIP by the way).

@curiosi ive done that too. Many times. I dont know if ive gotten blocked for it though as i dont pay attention to who has me blocked.

@Carla What happened was it took me a while to figure out what question that actually had my interest. When I did find it that person had blocked me. I can't wrap my head around it.

@indyjoe that's what ive always thought it was for. I care not a bit if people look at mine. There is little there. What does it hurt?

@Carla Yeah, it's there for others to look at and get an idea of who they are sharing the site with and/or who they may be talking to...what other purpose would there be for it?
