Now I am chillin so I don't run anymore people I love out of my life ,,between leaving me and dying ,they are dwindling down ,,

@rckt148 I actually am not keen on alcohol.
But I dislike sleeping tablets worse.
So, if I've had a few nights of little sleep, I prescribe myself two black or white Russians to escort me to the land of nod.
And I have few people in
My life to lose..so im lucky there.

But I did like an occasional white Russian too

The rest of the times I was there to get smashed

I hear you on the sleep ,,its an issue for me at times too

@rckt148 well, actually I learnt somethobg today that om going to try.

Melatonin
..it's what the body produces
..But lack of it can cause sleep issues.
You can get it off ebay cheap...so, gonna try it, see if it makes a difference.
My issue is Mt brain wont bloody shut up!!!

@OogieBoogie I started to ask you have you heard of it and it comes in liquid form and also works for headaches
But my Daughter says not to get the plant based one ,,
there is something about the one extracted from animals (not sure what ones ) but she gets headaches ,,she says its a miracle drug ,,her kids have had trouble sleeping since their Dad was killed ,so its even safe for children

Maybe that's why you need the one from animals.
Like protein, plant is different to animal.

We all clean up better ,but we were there to support my granddaughter graduating and was going to a cook out afterward ,,but yea I am so proud of all of them
The life I left was one of success until my heath problems took most of it ,and my wife ,but I found my kids my first wife hid from me 12 yrs ,thats her and her 4th husband on the left ,,we are all friends now ,have our kids and grandkids ,,I am content ,over 24 yrs clean and sober
I do take 4 )5mg oxycodone a day ,,but for the shape my spine is in ,,doctors say its pretty amazing ,,I could get a higher dose or back on morphine or methadone ,,i would rather die first ,,I quit methadone cold turkey ,,that 13 days if hell I never want to go through again ,,
I can stop the 20 mgs of Oxycodone and be past that in a few days ,,thats how I plan to keep it
