I think any healthy person should fit at least 1 hours exercise into their daily routine.

Even if you take drugs. Just avoid too much sugar, eat healthily regularly and avoid unnecessary stress. Then that kind of balances out your other bad habits.

I've been trying to maintain that with a daily morning walk. I avoid processed sugar and eat lots of green veggies, drink plenty of water, etc. I've been seeing positive results.
